Experiences

Do you have something to say about your experiences with Swale Borough Council?  

The council says that it: "wants honest feedback about how people get in touch, to help understand what's working well and where there need to be improvements". 

 A survey has been launched to ask people how they access council services, what they're trying to do, and how they found the experience.  

The responses will help the council plan how to make services easy to use for as many people as possible.
