Get yourself along for an outdoor class in the summer sun for all abilities, to suit both those new to Yoga and those with some experience. This Mindful Hatha Yoga class focuses on the here and now through techniques to strengthen and stabilise the body, whilst aiding healthy movement and calming the mind. The class incorporates Yoga postures, flowing sequences, breathing techniques and a led relaxation. Meet at Green Porch Close at 9:15am.
