St Michael's Heritage Open Days

Every September thousands of volunteers across England organise events to celebrate our fantastic history and culture and to give you a chance to see hidden places and try out new experiences – all of which are FREE to explore. St Michael's is a Grade II Listed church which was built in the 11^th century and has been key feature of the town centre for more than a millennium. Today you are invite to come and explore the church and the event also coincides with the Annual local Churches 'ride and stride' for cyclists and walkers.
