Sittingbourne Parkrun

Park Run is a free, weekly, 5km timed run takes place all around the world, including almost 400 locations here in the UK and encourages people of all abilities to take part. It is not a race against other runners, but a 5k timed run that can be whatever you want it to be, whether that's for fun or as part of a training plan. It comprises of two 2.5k laps of the park and is open to people from the age of four, although children under 11 need to run supervised. Dogs on leads are also welcome, however buggies are not allowed at this event as some of the paths in the Country Park are quite narrow in places.
