'The Politeness Of Princes' by Imogen Carrigan

In this evening talk Imogen will be examining the reality of manners and etiquette in the later medieval period. Imogen will also deal with the structure of formal banquets and the food that was eaten, as well as how young gentlemen were trained and she will also have some everyday advice for women on how to conduct themselves. Entrance is £3.00 per person for non-members and £1.00 to members of the HRGS (Historical Research Group Of Sittingbourne) and SHM (Sittingbourne Heritage Museum). Proof of membership is required.
