Description

'Life After Lockdown' is a brand-new, four-week programme for young people aged between 9 and 18 from Mid Kent Mind. It comprises of one-hour sessions designed to explore social networks, isolation and how to manage our relationships following the long-term lockdown which has been necessary during the pandemic.

By exploring these subject areas, and by looking at the anxieties young people face as we come out of lockdown, Mid Kent Mind hope that they can help young people to build resilience so they are well-equipped for the'New Normal’ we all face.

All courses are delivered virtually via ZOOM between 4 and 5pm and there are three courses for Ages 9–11, Ages 12–14 and Ages 15–18. For more information, and to register, please visit maidstonemind.org. These courses are delivered by Mid Kent Mind in partnership with Youth Resilience UK and are funded by The National Lottery Community Fund, as a part of their 'Reaching Communities' programme.
