'The Blitz' at The Old Forge Wartime House

This will be the first time The Old Forge Wartime House has covered this subject and although a difficult one, sadly very much part of World War Two. Get yourself along and find out how as a nation we coped with bombing raids night after night. What did you do if you lost your home and how did you get a new ration book and ID card if you needed it? How did they look after the injured and how do you cook when there's no gas? Get yourself along and learn more about life through the blitz and how they keep their spirits up!
