Charlie Fest

This is a fundraising event in memory of Stuart “Charlie” Charlesworth, who sadly died of COVID-19 in April 2020 at the age of 45. He’d have been 50 this year so they’re hosting this one day event to raise money for Medway Hospital Intensive Care Unit, who cared for him while he was in hospital for three weeks. They did one in 2022 and raised £3,500 for the hospital. This event brings together two of Charlie's passions: football and music. Doors open at 1pm with a Sporting Sittingbourne FC Charity Game kicking off at 2pm and the live music begins at 7pm. Further details can be found by searching "CharlieFest" on Ticketsource.
