Sittingbourne Striders were out in force at Dartford Half Marathon

Scott Simpson headed a strong Sittingbourne Striders group at the Dartford Half Marathon on Sunday, braving the hills and the poor weather conditions, to complete the course in 21st place overall in a fantastic time of 1hr28mins39secs. Emma Penfold was the first lady strider to cross the line in 2hrs11min57secs

Cambridge Half Marathon

Gary Spicer led a trio of Striders at the Cambridge Half Marathon, finishing in 1hrs34mins03secs. Gina Woodfine earned bragging rights as first lady strider back in 2hrs1min55secs, and Marianne Seaward finished in 2hrs21mins16secs

Bedgebury Forest 10 Mile

Craig Dawson was the first Strider home at the Bedgebury Forest 10 mile finishing in 1hr39mins32secs closely followed by Sophie Byrne at 1hr39mins33secs. Kate Sage finished in 2hrs7mins11secs

Bideford Half Marathon

Finally Nicky Knight grabbed a new PB of 2hra4min6secs at the Bideford Half Marathon
