The Met Office have issued a Yellow Warning regarding a band of heavy snow that may bring disruption, as it moves eastwards across the county, tomorrow (Saturday 16th January).
They warn that people should prepare for:
- Possible delays or cancellations to rail and air travel
- Possible travel delays on roads stranding some vehicles and passengers
- Some rural communities could become cut off
- Power cuts may occur and other services, such as mobile phone coverage, may be affected
