'A History Of Madness In Kent' Talk

Sittingbourne Heritage Museum and the Historical Research Group of Sittingbourne present and evening talk by Dr Lydia Kearney entitled 'A History of Madness In Kent'. Lydia will be taking a look at local asylums here in Kent, their locations, practices and some famous patients. She will also be discussing the key events in their development and their eventual closures. Entrance is £3.00 for non-members and £1.00 for all SHM and HRGS members - proof of membership will be required.
