Swale CCG 'Listening Post' Meeting

The NHS Swale Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG), which plans, buys and monitors a number of healthcare services for local residents, is holding a 'Listening Post' meeting. The meeting is an informal session for comments or questions from members of the public and there will be an opportunity to discuss any issues with key members of the board. Themes raised by attendees at previous Listening Posts include: Hospital discharge support, Community services, Breastfeeding advice services, Diabetes care and Transport links to hospitals. Depending on the nature and level of detail provided, the CCG may not be able to answer all questions in full on the day, however each query is passed on to the relevant person and responded to in a timely way. Your feedback is important and valuable so, if you have an interest in local health, it is worth getting along for.
