Sittingbourne Park Run's 3rd Birthday

Park Run is a free, weekly, 5km timed run takes place all around the world, including at almost 450 locations here in the UK and this week sees the Sittingbourne Park Run celebrating it's third birthday. This week you can come in fancy dress and there will be goodies up for grabs, cakes and lots more. Park Run encourages people of all abilities to take part and isn't a race against other runners, but a 5k timed run that can be whatever you want it to be, whether that's for fun or as part of a training plan. It comprises of two 2.5k laps of the park and is open to people from the age of four, although children under 11 need to run supervised. Dogs on leads are also welcome.
