Get yourself along to cheer on all the runners taking part in this year's Friends Of The Wisdom Hospice's Colour Me Purple 5K Run. Runners will be arriving from 10:00am and will be entertained by the SFM Roadshow Crew along with a warm-up with Charlotte Shaw, from Top to Toe Fitness, at around 10:45. It's a staggered start from 11am and our very own Graeme Burford will be there with #TeamSFM LIVE with James Waters on this week's 'Sunday Brunch' show.
