Charity Day at The Oast

This year The Oast has chosen to support The Community Heartbeat Trust. The Community Heartbeat Trust is a charity which raises money to buy defibrillators within the community, which can literally mean the difference between life and death. The Oast is offering a packed day of classes and treatments in exchange for a donation to this wonderful charity. Get yourself down to the Pilates Induction Class, Yogalates or a Mindfulness Taster.
