There will be expert advice from a line-up of professionals including a Life & Personal Coach, a Health Practitioner, an Occupational Therapist and a Nutrition Specialist. Whether you're looking for guidance on post-pregnancy fitness, family nutrition or just need a safe place to ask questions and focus on your wellbeing this event is for you.
