Community Walk & Talk
All genders are welcome to join Mentalk Health Sittingbourne for their weekly walk. It's a chance to get some exercise, reduce stress, talk about how you feel, combat loneliness and connect with others. Headed by both male and female team members and therapists. Solar panels cut council's electricity bill in half, saving the taxpayer £9,000 in less than four months
